| Another great visit to Service Outlet. They took care of my aging Honda Accord and I'm still going strong. They always make me feel like I'm #1 when I'm there. Can't say enough about them. They even reminded me to have my son bring his car in for the brakes that are needed. |

| I bring my wife?s CRV to the shop regularly for service. One morning her car wouldn?t start and it was the 5 yr old battery. I wanted to do the change out myself, easy peasy. I called the shop and was told they had to order it from their supplier. The Mgr had his courtesy driver go to San Ramon, pick up the battery and deliver it to me in Moraga. Now that?s what I call outstanding service. |
